- AAAngela6 days ago1.0I'm really frustrated with the inconsistency here. When this Dairy Queen first opened, they always let me add a small milkshake or Misty Freeze to a cheeseburger kid's meal. Now, suddenly, you can't. Even when I say I'm willing to pay extra and they can just keep the apple juice or milk. I don't want those drinks, and I'm not asking for anything for free. Honestly, if you're not going to allow a milkshake or Misty Freeze as an option anymore, then why not work on getting more drink choices? Not every kid likes apple juice or milk. This should be something the Dairy Queen franchise or the owner can easily improve. And really, when did things have to get so complicated in life? I'm just trying to order a kid's meal from Dairy Queen. I'm giving you money. You have those things on your menu. Work it out. It shouldn't be this difficult.

We tried to give them another chance by ordering fudge icecreams and the lack of fudge is an insult for $9. Won't be back anymore, Gibbons is awesome not sure why this location is so horrible.

- MDMichelle DickeyAug 17, 20251.0Me and my family went to Dairy Queen for a treat and I was wanting to use my points to pay for 2 of my treats and the cashier took my points and still made me pay for my treat this is the second time this happened at this restaurant I will not be trying to redeem points here anymore if I could give zero stars I would i spoke clearly as well and I spoke loud enough canāt tell me the cashier didnāt hear me I will not be going here as much anymore
