Original Joe’s is a restaurant that welcomes everyone. We have craveable classics for lunch or dinner, down-to-earth vibes and a friendly team looking to brighten your day! Our location in Red Deer is close to multiple fun activities. In the winter, head to Canyon Ski Resort and then visit us for a nice warm meal. You can do some shopping around Little Gaetz Downtown Market or enjoy an event at Ross Street Patio. We are also close to Bower Ponds if you’re in the mood for a walk or Discovery Canyon if you and your family want to visit a water park. Our Happy Hour runs twice daily, and we also have brunch on weekends! Enjoy a cool drink on our patio or pick up an OJ’s meal to enjoy at home. French onion soup was disgusting, but at least it was hot. Poutine fries were cold, barely any gravy or cheese. The service was good though, and she refilled our drinks.

What I didn’t expect, was the ✨CAMERON✨ experience. Cameron was incredible. He was engaging, he was knowledgeable, he was fun — he even suggested drink pairings with my poutine (which were all bang on) On this particular evening, I expected to have a mediocre meal with a bloating beer and to go back to my hotel.
