  I am never disappointed when it comes to new work fries, especially at this location! I love the classic or the works! My fries are always hot, fresh and crispy! I always get a good amount of toppings & cheese! The workers there are always so nice & friendly! May is my absolute favourite!

  New York Fries is sooo good 😭 especially their queso triple cheese with chives poutine, like it’s actually addicting. But my fave fave is the Queso Nacho Poutine, I always go back for that. Also the staff?? super nice. Their smiles and vibe literally make you wanna order right away. There’s even this one girl staff with a really pretty smile and pretty eyes 🥹 What really got me though, there was a customer ahead of me with a speech impairment, she was typing on her phone to order. Then suddenly that staff started using sign language to communicate with her, and I was honestly shocked in the best way. Like you don’t see that often, and it was so thoughtful and respectful. I also noticed how they treat elderly customers, they slow down when talking so it’s easier to understand, and they don’t rush them at all. That kind of patience really stands out. You can tell it’s a good place because there’s always a line of people ordering. Like if people keep coming back, you already know it’s worth it. Definitely one of those places you order from and just feel good after 🫶

  It is a great spot for fresh, crispy fries and delicious poutine. The quality is consistently good, portions are satisfying, and the service is quick and friendly. A reliable choice for a tasty snacks .

  The food was so delicious and the service was really great,too!They served always fresh and hot fries well salted.Yummy..Quality ,Service and Accuracy are perfectly served!Highly recommended ,definitely will come back again.

  On my visit, I attempted to redeem an SPC offer that I have used multiple times in the past at the same location without any issues. The offer allows customers to receive an additional regular-size fries for free when purchasing a regular fries and a drink. I have successfully redeemed this deal at this location on several previous occasions. However, during this visit, two employees refused to honor the offer. They stated that the promotion was only valid at Edmonton and Fort McMurray locations, despite the fact that this condition has always been written on the offer and has never prevented me from using it at this store before. When I politely explained that I had redeemed this exact offer at the same location in the past, the employees insisted that they needed to confirm with their manager. Their tone and manner made me feel as though they were questioning my honesty, which was both uncomfortable and unprofessional. I completely understand the need for employees to follow store policies and verify promotional details. However, the way this situation was handled lacked professionalism and customer respect. As a regular customer, I found this experience disappointing and inconsistent with the level of service I have previously received. staff should be properly informed about current promotions and trained to handle such situations with professionalism and courtesy. It’s not just about the offer or the promotion it is about the employee’s professionalism and their knowledge about their workplace. I have also raised the complaint with the customer service through email about it.
