  RAVE! Mat from Montana’s. About a month ago, we had some issues with our meal and gave some feedback to Manager Mat. He was very quick to make it right! We re-visited the establishment tonight and had an amazing, delicious meal and drinks with impeccable service (Thank you Ryland!). Top notch! 5 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Today was the first time I ever visited Red Deer and of course Montana’s and the experience was incredible. I loved the exterior and interior of the Bar, the atmosphere, the crowd and the food definitely surpassed the expectations. Me and my family owe a big thanks to the crew for making us feel so welcomed and special thanks to our server SARAH♥️ she was a gem with the brightest smile.

  We came here while visiting Red Deer for a Volleyball Tournament and love this restaurant so much we came twice while there! The ribs, wings, and brisket here are all so flavourful and tender! My wife and daughter loved the ribs so much they ordered them twice! The atmosphere is great and the servers, especially Kyla, were all so friendly, sweet, and courteous! An amazing place for a great family BBQ meal!

  My husband wanted the taco Tuesday $5 lunch x's 2. I told him I would buy a beverage so he could get the special. The "Waitress" said, "NO"! He has to buy the beverage. First time we were told that. So he had to change his order. I forgot to tell you we are seniors, so badly wanted to be really upset, we were, silently. He ordered something else. We won't be back. I don't want to be referred to a stupid referral number like i see in everyone's else's review. Pass the buck. I could see if we all sat down and wanted the tacos and expected to get them with only one person ordering a beverage but it was just one senior. Again... we won't be back. FYI... our waitress tried everything not to come back to our table, she knew we were upset.

  Kitchen should work faster,that’s not okay to wait more than 20 minutes for orders for delivery after the pick up time (it’s not a first time!). And even mcdonalds give delay reimbursement for waiting,these guys are so cheap with so expensive menu. Your “sorry” don’t pay me for my waiting time. If you can’t keep up with delivery just don’t work for delivery and don’t waste drivers time. Furthermore, while I was waiting, I saw kitchen staff going out for smoke breaks twice rather than finishing the orders. They were outside in their work uniforms, sitting on dirty plastic crates, then going back to handle food. This is disgusting and a clear health code violation. Next time, I will be taking photos and filing a complaint with Alberta Health Services.
