  Who is the employee that added a smiley face onto my order for Uber Eats? This employee should be the face of the company. They are the best person ever. Not only with the food are amazing but also I can imagine that this employee makes the workplace a fun place to be at. Could I just get the name of the employee so I can add it to the review? Amazing food amazing customer service.

  Great staff, efficient, and friendly. Placed a HUGE order of 75 pieces of chicken, 12 large French fries with an additional 6 sides. The staff had it hot and ready, even packaged up for us within an hour.

  Had a great experience here! The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. The service was quick, and everything was clean and well organized. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how comfortable they made me feel.   I really enjoyed my visit to this KFC location in Red Deer. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and served hot. What stood out the most was the friendly team—everyone was polite, helpful, and made me feel welcome. The customer service was excellent and made the experience enjoyable. Great job to the staff, keep up the amazing work!

  Ordered online in advance, but our order wasn't delivered. Called the store to make a follow up but did not offered anything but just a refund. I would like someone from their customer service to call me back about this dissapointing experience and refund our hard earned money that we paid and not getting our order. First time using the KFC app and this is so dissapointing. I will not recommend to buy at this store in downtown Red Deer AB.
