The crunch wrap was not crunchy at all and was as thin as a coin. Soda had about 70% filled. The fact someone could put that together and say “yeah that looks about right” baffles me.

Ok, fine, we will get the tacos and go elsewhere for something else. As we stood waiting, a ridiculously long time for them not being busy, on the menu board the item went on the screen just as we had asked for. She was snarly to every group she waited on while we waited. No, it was not " some young kid", it was a mature person that should know better. Will not be back and will take our business back to Taco Time where they are helpful, friendly and welcoming.

I pull up to the window, and rudely greeted by an Easy Indian girl, presumably the supervisor for the store. She TOLD me that I need to come into the restaurant, not through the drive thru. Very rude tone, telling how to do my job. She says, " We both work FOR the delivery company...". I stopped her, and said, that no, I work for myself, as I only contract to the delivery company, and I will make the decision of how to pick up orders. I asked her if she understands my explanation, and she didn't acknowledge me, but abruptly turns around, puts the window down, walks away. Couriers have had similar experiences and it's very unprofessional, disrespectful.
