I was astonished to see the excellent customer service and such a warm welcome by an employee named Balwinder Kaur. I have never received such a welcoming greeting by any of the staff members here. She is way too polite, excellent in her job and too warm and kind. She followed all the instructions inspite of the fact they were too many and delivered the best ! I would definitely recommend her and would really appreciate if the rest of the staff could be as warm and welcoming as her and follow the customer’s directions.

The staff member, a Filipino lady, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about the types of bread available, she told me to “read the chart” in a disrespectful tone. I also inquired about a promotion, and instead of explaining politely, she abruptly said she “can’t give it” because it must be done online. Her attitude and behavior were completely unacceptable and made me feel disrespected as a customer. This is not the kind of service I expect from Subway. I request that this matter be investigated seriously and appropriate action be taken to ensure other customers don’t go through the same experience.
