Been here mutplie times, the staff is always rude and they always serve cold food unless its busy. At least its usually clean.

I went to the drive thru to order two very simple items: salted caramel McFlurry and fudge sundae. It blows my mind how incompetent these people who were working here during the midnight hours are. They had the audacity to hand me over two melted desserts splattered with caramel and fudge. It looked absolutely disgusting. This was after waiting about five minutes for them to make it. I asked for them to remake them because it literally looked like dog vomit. I am currently waiting another 10 minutes for them to fix my mistake.
Living in the neighbourhood for five years, I can honestly say 99% of the time I come here, they make an error. They have zero customer service skills as well. However, there are younger staff who now work during the day that are doing much better than the general crew. If it were up to me, everyone would be fired except the two new ones I’ve recognized . Worst McDonald’s ever.

We visited this location through the drive thru and we were extremely disappointed. The girl at the pay window around 3pm on Wednesday, December 10 was incredibly rude. She was flat with her tone, very demanding, and obviously had no respect. They missed one of our fries so we drove back through the drive thru and were told to pull back to the pay window. When we got there, the lady said “next window” in a very annoyed and rude manner. The manager greeted us at the next window and seemed just as annoyed as the other girl. We will not be returning to this location and we will advise our friends to avoid it as well.

Been here a couple times and ordered 2 large coffees and a chicken breakfast wrap both times. First visit was good but second visit not so much. Ordered ahead on the app so it would be ready when I got there. It wasn't. Didn't have to wait very long but wondered what the point of ordering ahead was? Anyways, get my coffee and check the slips to see which is my gf's and which is mine. My 2 sugar coffee was in fact a 2 cream 🤮 and they used my breakfast wrap to dispose of a nasty tomato butt (there's not even supposed to be tomatoes on a breakfast chicken wrap).
