New eggs Benny on a english muffin is just a regular bacon, cheese and egg. The so called sauce is NOT hollandaise sauce...no taste and they put minimal amount...very dissapointed

Why is it every time I come here I leave extremely pissed off. Just wanted to use the 4.49 deal for a mcchicken and then cashier said I redeemed it already. Never used this promotion. Ended up charging me full price when I didn’t want that. Gave me a refund later. Left with a mcchicken that was cold soggy and no mayo. Very unhappy

Ordered breakfast burritos combo. Had to ask them to redo the calculation because of overcharge. When we got our food, it was cold. Not just the wrap, but the insides. Took them back to be remade, and three staff touched them to confirm then just microwaved the lot, including the hasbrowns and handed them back. Terrible food safety. I get finding good employees is hard, but come on.

Went in to order some midnight grub and was thoroughly disappointed. My girlfriend and I got some 10 piece nugget combos with a coupon, and also ordered a quarter pounder and a McChicken on the side.
The nuggets were so stale and overcooked from being left in the heater for WAY too long, and my McChicken could substitute for a hockey puck with how stale and overcooked it was for the same reason.
The fries were beYOND stale from being left under the heat lamp for God known how long, and one of them literally crunched like I was eating something hard.
Aside from the drinks, the only part that wasn't stale and old was the quarter pounder, and that's ONLY because they made it wrong and I had to tell them to make it again. They did, but the otherwise friendly employee took the burger back with more attitude than I would like.

Two out of two bad experiences at this location, I won't be giving them a third chance.
On my first visit, the food packaging and condiments I was served were covered in some sort of sauce that spilled from some source other than my meal. I brought this to the attention of staff and received replacements, however there was no apology or acknowledgement and the staff member I dealt with just seemed irritated that I returned the items instead of accepting them covered in random sauce.
On the second visit, I ordered all dressed shaker fries with my meal. Firstly, my meal was left sitting for several minutes getting cold after being prepared in the staff area about 5 feet behind the counter because nobody could be bothered to move it the extra 5 feet to give it to me (I assumed they were still preparing part of it but the order was complete the whole time). Finally a staff member realized this, provided it to me, and casually told me they were out of shaker fries so I got regular fries. I pointed out that I paid extra to upgrade to shaker fries and asked whether I would be refunded the difference, and the staff member seemed taken aback and to not have thought of this at all. He went and asked a manager about this and the manager mumbled something about dealing with it in a bit and walked away. I then told the staff member I wasn't going to wait around for this but they shouldn't be just substituting more expensive items they allowed people to order with cheaper items. To his credit he was apologetic, but I don't know why I was permitted to order this, not even asked if the substitution was okay, and not offered a refund for at least the price difference.
The ordering kiosks were also dirty and there were flies buzzing around the pickup area.
I got the impression that nobody who works here cares at all. Which I can get for entry level fast food jobs, I know they have a tough gig, but doing things right starts at the top and I got the sense that management didn't care either and was setting the tone.
