  I ordered fries and a sundae through the front counter and it took the staff more than 20 minutes to give my item. As a fast food worker, I understand that drive thru times is important but that was such a horrible service. Not even a “I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.” I don’t recommend coming here, definitely terrible experience!

  Flies around the restaurant and floors muddy all over. Ordered 2 sets of uno cards for me any my little brother and only got one. The nuggets where okay but fries where all cold and almost hard

  Im going to start off with im pregnant. I go to this location a few times a month.. atleast 3x this month I have asked for a very simple request and thats to put extra pickles on my big Mac... they put one extra pickle or dont bother. Today I went in and asked for a lot of pickles I said like 4x the amount of pickles (cause maybe I wasn't being clear enough and yes I seen on the screen she did hear me) when I go to eat my big mac. There was NO PICKLES not the regular amount.. there was actually NO PICKLES. So im not sure if your guys cooks know how to read ?? Or you guys are hoarding the pickles but today was the most disappointing. The food did taste good though..

  I often see a considerable amount of house-less individuals who gather for warmth and share a ONE meal amongst many individuals. I have ZERO interest in their past or what brought them to this horrible situation in their life, but all I see are hurting people that don’t need to be hungry. I HATE supporting that McDonald’s because of the way they treat those who in a lot of cases are kids or teenagers looking for warmth or sustenance NOT anyone’s judgement! So I make a point of dropping in every now and then and asking people outside what they’d like to eat and get all the value meals they advertise so these fellow human beings can eat, take their time because I make it abundantly clear that they’re paying customers and to be left alone. I don’t approach inebriated people or those I determine severely under the influence for safety reasons but always put a call in to the appropriate resources to swing by, NOT the police. The point of this rant is about the staff and how utterly disgustingly heartless they are. While most of them are a paycheque themselves away from a desperate situation. They treat these people less than human, I have witnessed them turning down service for no reason other than they had change, they have actively tried to block me and others from buying food they knew was for others as I’m not a customer there myself there. You’d think a company would enjoy profiting? However that’s not the case when you have free range bullying at one of the world’s most endangered demographic. I’m going to escalate this to corporate as this is a human rights issue.
