  I had a great experience at McDonald’s. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My order was accurate, fresh, and served hot. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made the visit even better. It’s always a reliable spot for a quick meal, and this location definitely met expectations. I’ll be coming back again.

  Food was not hot and it took a long time 15 minute's to receive my order to find out the order was wrong they corrected the order by the time I left it was a 43 minute ordeal to order a 5 minute burger... so much for fast food service at this joint... id drive last and go to the next mcdix..

  I would like to kindly inform you that the washroom was not in a clean condition during my visit. There were feces left in the toilet, and it appeared that it had not been properly cleaned. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly. Thank you.”

  We went through the drive thru, with no one in front of us, and waited three minutes in silence before my fiancé said hello three different times and they finally asked what we wanted. He then had to repeat 4 times that he wanted a combo before they answered and asked what he wanted to drink. We asked for a sundae and they said they don’t have sundaes. Not that the machine wasn’t working, they don’t make them, despite the menu offering them. Whatever. We went to pay and they didn’t give us our total or say anything until we asked how much it was. Horrible service, avoid this location if you can

  On February 4 around 11:25–11:30 PM, I visited the Golden West McDonald’s. I am a regular customer and come here very often. I ordered my usual cheeseburger with no meat, which I order at many McDonald’s locations without any issue. The guy taking my order kept refusing and saying there is no such option, which is incorrect. But the worst part was the girl employee working the night shift (Indian). She was extremely rude, constantly interrupting me, speaking in a commanding tone, and not listening at all. It felt very disrespectful as a customer. Because of this poor service, I left and went to the North Side location, where they took my order immediately at the usual 99-cent price. This location seriously needs better staff training in customer service and communication. If there is no star option to give to this location I would be choosing that !
