Today I ordered ther bacon Benny on a bagel no egg! It came with egg, no cheese and barely any sauce. So now I literally have a bagel with 2 lonely pieces of bacon and it tastes like egg that i pulled off(which i can not stomach)

I've received completely wrong items, items that were made incorrectly(I somehow got one of the triple pickle mccrispys with a fish patty), ice cold fries. Not to mention that anytime I try and stop and get food on my way to work (between 3 and 4:45 am) they always claim to be closed. You would think a store that claims to be open 24/7 would be provide service during those hours. Even if they need to cash out you think it would take a short amount of time before they could be operational again. Happens too often.

When I tried to complain, the staff and manager refused to help. This is not the first time this has happened, and I already know how this store and management treat customers. Very poor food quality and customer service. I will not be returning. I suggest never go to these kind of store where they serve or treat with customer like this.

Just thrown in the box and you have to put it together to eat it. Then when I contacted then about my order being completely wrong I was told I got what I ordered and they wouldn't do anything. Huge difference between a small vanilla shake and the medium strawberry one that I had ordered. The worst store ever and the worst customer service!!!
