November 20, 2025 I had a wonderful experience at this KFC location. The closing staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. My order was taken with a smile, everything came out fresh and fast, and the team made sure I had everything I needed. It’s always nice to see staff who care about their customers. Got there and was told there was a 5 minute wait for food. No problem.we sit down and end up waiting almost 20 mins for food because there was only 2 people and 1 only knew what they were doing there. Lots of yelling between the 2 of them, wasting time taking pictures of food and forgot our drinks

Absolute bullshit of a store ordered 65 dollars worth of chicken for delivery waited over 2 hours for our order to find out it was left in the freezing cold on the front step we asked specifically for not to do so now the useless lady manager that’s working on November 15 th 2025 at 630 pm won’t do anything and won’t even give her name just says call customer service then ends the call but great work to the north end that doesn’t deliver to help and replace our cold order with a hot meal by skip the dishes

I ordered an eight piece bucket meal and asked to pay extra for a side of gravy, when she read the order back I couldn't understand her so I just assumed it would be correct. I mean how hard is it to understand I want the combo AND I'll pay extra for a side of gravy. Instead she substituted the gravy for the fries. She didn't ask me if I wanted to substitute, just did. After I got home and realized I had no fries I had to go back and of course it was my fault so I had to pay an additional $9 to get the fries that should have come with the order. Because they don't list the price of the sides, it wasn't until I looked it up later I found out the "extra gravy" would have only been $5. So I was overcharged for her mistake of assuming I wanted to substitute. I said, why would I want gravy if I didn't want fries? There was no effort to make things right. I guess when you have young kids who barely speak English I shouldn't have expected anything better. Too bad because I used to use this KFC a lot. NEVER AGAIN!
