We waited a bit to even get our drink order in, then waited a while for our drinks and for someone to take our order. The salad, bread and soup were alright. Then we waited over 30 minutes for our food just to find out our server put in the wrong order even though my partner had specified they wanted pizza, not a calzone. I asked for it to be remade and mine to be wrapped up because we were overwhelmed with the noise and lack of service. Instead of fixing the order, the calzone was comped and we didn’t receive the correct pizza. It was burnt and cracking so we ended up throwing it out. The trio plate was not good and very disappointing. Will not be returning.

We went out as a family of five for my dad’s 41st birthday dinner and were extremely disappointed in the service we received. Seating was okay and there was no problem with the appetizers but as soon as our food was brought out thirty minutes later was when we started to have issues. First my dad’s order was completely wrong, he had ordered the cappolini i believe and received ravioli with baked cheese on top. Then when it was brought out the server told us the cappolini was discontinued, they offered to bring my dad another plate but he didn’t want to wait and just figured he would eat later, he had filled up on bread sticks and salad anyway so it wasn’t that big of a deal. but then; my sister noticed a hair in her pasta, so my step mom brought it up to our server and while she was walking she noticed another hair in the food. my sister was brought a new dish and everything was fixed. but i was just super disappointed in the service we received especially since it being my dads birthday dinner.
