    Our server, Robin, stood out to us enough to say something! We were dining with our one year-old and Robin did things like offering to have our daughter’s food out quicker than ours and knew not to place any dishes or drinks in front of her. Though these things may seem small, they really make a difference to us toddler parents. Thank you, Robin!!

    I waited over an hour and I paid almost $38 for the Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo from East Side Mario’s, and I genuinely feel like I was scammed. I ordered and PAID for extra Alfredo sauce. What I received was noodles lightly moisturized by what must have been a single tablespoon of sauce waved over the container. I’ve seen more sauce on a child’s craft project. The chicken was so dry it felt personal. Like someone actively tried to remove every molecule of moisture before sending it out the door. I needed a beverage just to survive each bite. I also paid extra for mushrooms. Where are they? Not in my dish. Not hiding. Not mixed in. Not even pretending to exist. Charging for ingredients you don’t include is bold. Apparently, that was just a donation. And the portion? Embarrassing. For nearly forty dollars, I expected a generous serving. Instead I got a sad little pile of noodles and broken trust. I would have been better off overcooking a discount box of pasta at home and adding four teaspoons of sauce. At least then I wouldn’t have paid premium prices for missing ingredients and desert-dry chicken. This wasn’t disappointing. It was insulting and a waste of money because most of it ended up in the trash.

    Such a great dinner date! Had to wait a little bit for seating but wasn't too long, Madison was out server and she was great! Super sweet and checked in with us often. Loved all the food and the unlimited soup/salad/bread is my favorite.

    Waitress was rude from the get go. Telling me I couldn’t order food after waiting for 20 minutes in a fairly empty restaurant. Constantly waiting too long for drink/salad/bread refills. Salad had next to no dressing on it, gf’s pasta was dry as a desert. Usually a fan of East Sides but will steer clear of this location from now on.

    I have been to east side Mario’s at a lot of different locations but something was off at this place. The pasta had zero taste it was dry . My husband’s pasta was the same tasteless It’s all you can eat but they don’t give you time to even eat a bowl of soup and your meal is out. It was a terrible experience
