  I came here this morning at 9:30am. It says it's open on Google and through Bower Mall but no one was here, and no one answered the phone.

  Dissapointed again. They have already become less than on par for DQ on several different occasions. Use to love the chili dogs. They turned into more water than chili. Tonight I visited at 6:00 pm. While this DQ closes at 7:00pm. All the stuff was put away. When making the banana split, they had to scrape the old stuff buckets to make it. (not good at all) My parfait was melting ice cream with chocolate drink syrup. Cold Hershey drink mix. Needless to say, a soupy mess. Had to go to McDonalds for a hot fudge Sunday.

  Ordered 3 mini blizzards, smarties, Royal Reese and cotton candy. Woman gave us candy cane and I asked her 3 times if it was correct because it’s just a cup of white ice cream with a couple flecks. Says it’s cotton candy. Definitely is not as it’s minty and my kid wouldn’t eat it. Mini Royal Reese was missing the filling in the middle too. Will not be coming back. We came at 5pm on December 10th.

  Not worth going to This place as they don’t have any scanner to Scan for your pints, or any offers in-app ! Basically they just want your money

  Three times I have been short changed by the same girl at the till. Blatantly, for I could understand a quarter or two but 2, 5 and ten dollars not likely a mistake in my books. She tried to charge me $7 dollars for a large smoothie when I said I will take a small she tried to charge me $6.95. The menu says $3.99 for a large and $0.99 for a banana added. Never ever again will I buy from Orange Julius in Bower mall.
