The store manager took our order while training a person and was quite unpleasant and arrogant. In the midst of telling us all sorts of ridiculous rules that are not actually applicable, she charged us for the wrong cake and reserved the order for a week after our son’s party. When we found out trying to pickup the cake the store tried to charge us more for the actual cake, $39 instead of $15, then give us a $10 gift card applicable on our next order. The manager tried to blame the other young lady on shift rather than just take accountability. Horrible customer service and accountability for their errors.

My grandchildren ordered kids meals and their burgers were the same size and quality as mine, but the price was cheaper. Their mom ordered chicken strips and paid $16. The portion was tiny and the strips were overcooked. For the money we spent, the quality of the food was very disappointing. Dairy Queen is still fine for ice cream and treats, but when it comes to meals, it is not worth the cost. I do not plan on coming back for food again.
