I ordered a cheeseburger meal. It cost $10.00, which felt too expensive for what I got. The burger itself was small, bland, and poorly put together. My grandchildren ordered kids meals and their burgers were the same size and quality as mine, but the price was cheaper. Their mom ordered chicken strips and paid $16. The portion was tiny and the strips were overcooked.
For the money we spent, the quality of the food was very disappointing. Dairy Queen is still fine for ice cream and treats, but when it comes to meals, it is not worth the cost. I do not plan on coming back for food again.

Ordered a medium cone but was handed arguably a tiny small one and lady was upset when confronted. Poor portions and poor staff

Closes before the actual listed closing time. Not sure when this practice became so popular among businesses but closing 15 or more minutes before your listed closing time in my opinion is poor practice.

Went to go get food and they were closed half an hour before they close, no lights on, no one inside. Empty. If you’re going to close at an earlier time then change the hours
