    Employees arent keeping loose hairs off of them selve. I used to never have this experience but I have had hair in my blizzard twice now in the span of 3 months. The first one was long and bright red the second short and black. Its truly gross.

    Genuinely disgraceful experience, I would give it 0 stars if I could. My friends and I had pulled through the drive through recently and had to deal with the worst service imaginable. The manager/owner Alex, who had served us at the window, responded in a rude and sarcastic tone throughout the entire interaction. My friend had asked a simple clarifying question regarding our coupons and whether or not they had been included in the final price, in response, Alex had blamed us for the mistake and refused to refund and solve the misunderstanding after we had paid for the total price without the coupons. Following this, Alex continued to answer in a ridiculing and taunting manner even going as far as laughing straight in my friend’s face. The sheer lack of respect and professionalism was shocking. I had heard similar stories about the same guy and shame on the establishment for allowing this kind of behaviour to occur on the regular and putting people in manager positions who clearly struggle to handle everyday interactions. Never coming back
