  No washroom. They said it’s owned by Shell so they can’t open it up and shell refuse to open it

  Service has taken a massive downturn over the years here. But now the workers give the wrong orders and act like I ruined their life when I ask for them to fix it. Ill stick to timmies for the future. Since they actually listen to the customer and dont make me feel like I ran someone over just because I wanted, what I paid for.

  I ordered a breakfast sandwich like I always do. However today, the cashier decided I only wanted the bun for my sandwich, with nothing inside it. That’s not what I ordered. But I had to pay again to get my sandwich even tho the cashier made the mistake. Don’t come here. Very disappointed

  We usually stop at the McDonald’s at Shell in Gasoline Alley when traveling early—it’s normally a convenient place to get food, gas, and take a quick washroom break. Unfortunately, during our recent stop the washrooms were locked. For travelers on the road early in the morning, this can be very inconvenient. If the washrooms are not available at certain hours, it would be helpful to clearly communicate that to customers. If you’re traveling early and need a washroom stop, you may want to avoid this location to save yourself the extra stop.
