  Very disappointed in the renovations. Very cold and uninviting. Your dining with people right beside you and then the people ordering the food are standing around you. Why would you make it smaller is beyond me to understand. The free refills also no longer is a disappointment. You should at least honor one per customer. Definitely makes me less likely to go now.

  I recently visited a McDonald’s location and ordered a Chicken Habanero burger. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The burger was poorly prepared — all the sauce was applied to only one half, while the other half was completely dry. This made the burger unbalanced and not enjoyable to eat. What’s more frustrating is that customers are charged extra for sauce, yet even the standard portion wasn’t distributed properly. I tried to place another order and politely requested that the sauce be spread evenly across the burger. However, the manager responded unprofessionally and dismissively. Instead of addressing the concern, she became argumentative and said they only use “one sho

  Just completed a renovation. Looks good. They managed to remove seating for dine in customers. Only seating for 20 people. It's very small. It used to hold 32. And it was small than too.They also don't offer free refills anymore, I guess the goal is to sell the food and get you out of their establishment as fast as possible. That's how to make more money. Very disappointed 😞

  Make the drive to the Wetaskiwin Alberta location and save yourself the time and frustration of dealing with the Ponoka Alberta location because THEY WILL mess up your order MULTIPLE TIMES!!!!

  Austin and Kealan were really nice! Fries weren’t filled and missing all the nugget sauces.
