    We’ve been eating a kfc bucket of chicken most Fridays .At times chicken has been so good! But Unfortunately has been inconsistent. Small & overcooked. It would be nice to depend on a good well worth meal please. 😊

    20 minutes waiting in the drive thru and there not even busy let alone standing in the kitchen on there phones no gloves on touching the food and he literally was itching his belly then handling food won't be back

    Disappointed with my visit. The fries were soggy, and so was the chicken. When I asked for fresh fries, someone shouted from the kitchen instead of handling it properly. My dips were missing too. Overall, it felt like customer care wasn’t a priority. Hope to see improvements. Never going back!!!

    When I pulled up to the order window I asked a simple question "what size buckets do you have for chicken only" the answer I got was "what are you interested in??" I said, I just want to know what the sizes are for buckets of chicken" then she told me to wait, then I guy came on and said "I can get you a 14 piece dark meat only bucket" I explained I would like both dark and white meat. He answered very snotty, "It will be a 20 minute wait for white meat, are you willing to wait the 20 minutes or do you want the dark meat" At that point I was getting frustrated over both of their attitudes and said "I have no choice but to wait because I want a bucket of chicken with both dark and white meat" She barked the price at me and then there was silence. I pulled up to the other window, paid, and was told to wait at the curb. Five vehicles came through behind me, three of them drove right through (my guess they weren't willing to wait 20 minutes), one lady pulled up beside me obviously waiting as well. Only one person was served right away. This was at 6:30 in the evening, supper time, when you would think the food places would be ready for the supper rush. Shame on you KFC in Ponoka!!
