  Frequent trips Edmonton to Cochrane, or Banff or BC, we drive through Olds and always stop at your DQ 👏🏻👏🏻. Fab food, staff etc etc. Today I can’t help but review the handicap stall in the women’s washroom, the reason for my 2* on atmosphere. I was too embarrassed to go up to the very busy counter in person. I’m disabled. The toilet height is surely not handicap height, I almost fell trying to seat myself (I just kept going down). Then to try to rise… The state of the toilet seat was gross. Either it was so old the stains were ingrained front to back, side to side or the previous person had dire circumstances to deal with and staff wasn’t monitoring the bathroom cleanliness. As I said… gross. I beg that you spend $20 and provide your customers with better bathroom experiences to match your stellar restaurant ones.

  Ordered on Uber Eats, was done SO FAST and the food was clearly made with love. To the maker of the Turtles blizzard with extra titles and caramel, I hope you have a blessed life.

  Ever since uber doesn't let you leave a note the brownie extreme blizzard has been terrible again... I ordered EXTRA BROWNIES .. I AM 3/4TH done my blizzard and have had 1 tiny pieces of brownie .. I paid for extra and I get none also its barley even chocolate like it hasn't been mixed barley at all.. I shouldn't pay for extra brownies and get literally one tiny piece when the LARGE BLIZZARD IS PRETTY MUCH GONE.. please train your people or something cause this is honestly like scamming your customers paying for extra and getting none pretty much is a scam .. ill order again and take a video scoop all the ice cream out sift it through and show how many brown pieces I get and bring it to corporate.. 14$ after tax not including tips to Uber for a single blizzard that isn't even made proper or has pretty much any brownie pieces let alone EXTRA .. VERY UNHAPPY
