  Ordered subs for delivery from this Okotoks location twice in the past month. Both times one of our sandwiches was missing ALL the ingredients. This week the Italian sub came with very little meat and the cheese and toppings were all missing! No cheese?? No mayo or pickles or olives or crunchy onions? Had to put our own mayo and pickles on. Bread was dry and overall it was awful. Won’t order from here again unless we are in the actual store so we can make sure it’s made properly. The fact that this happened twice in a short period of time is a red flag and means this is their normal 👎

  I come to this Subway regularly and always have a great experience, largely thanks to Ayush. He’s consistently efficient, friendly, and genuinely welcoming every time I’m in. Even when it’s busy, he keeps things moving smoothly without ever making you feel rushed. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about customer service. Staff like him make all the difference, definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back!

  My favorite sub was found wanting.. disappointed. There was maybe on scoop of tuna spread along a foot long. Total of 5 spinach .. no veggies. No sauce. Usually have a good experience here but this was not worth $15.

  I’m never stepping into Subway again. The lady making my sandwich had one of the worst attitudes I’ve ever seen—seriously, it felt like I was bothering her just by ordering. If rolling eyes and acting rude was part of the job description, she’s definitely overqualified. The sandwich? Ruined. The experience? Even worse. Basic customer service clearly doesn’t exist here. If you hate your job that much, maybe don’t take it out on customers.
