  Came for a few things. All the bags of salad mixes/coleslaw etc were all turning brown and into liquid. If I wanted to make my own coleslaw there was literally only three cabbages to choose from. The produce section was horrible. I was so grossed out we left for Sobeys.

  Been coming to this location since they opened in Okotoks. I really enjoy the western family options unlike the other grocery store brands. But what makes this store, is the employees! All the lady's that work at the front, make it a welcoming experience that I look forward to the most. I enjoy catching up with them everytime I'm there. It's employees like them that make a great store worth coming too.

  Cashier couldn't process a coupon properly. Mistotaled a $10 gift card coupon. Small price to pay to learn I shop elsewhere instead.

  I had a very upsetting experience at the Okotoks location. While I was at self checkout and struggling to get the barcode on a whole chicken to scan, a customer service employee named Chantal accused me of stealing it. I had not asked for assistance at that point. Her approach was rude, condescending, and completely inappropriate. I was made to feel embarrassed and judged in a situation that could have been handled professionally and respectfully. Combined with already excessive grocery prices, this experience has left a very bad impression. I will not be returning to this location.

  Great store with fresh and delicious meat and produce including a fresh meat counter for personal specific types and also a fresh deli and bakery here. Another nice feature in this store is a good selection of gifts.
