- NHNicky HSep 26, 20251.0Ordered Hawaiian Pizza but changed the ham for chicken and wanted onions as an extra. Pizza was way over cooked. The ham was still on it and ZERO pineapple. Called to advise and they couldn’t understand what I was saying and kept going round in circles asking what I would like to order when I clearly said I had collected the order already and got home to find it all wrong and overcooked. Communication needs a lot of work!

We’ve had some issues with not receiving order confirmations a few times for carry out orders placed online, but this seems to be related to the wider papa johns website/app being hit and miss, and not anything to do with this location.
