Totally incompetent. Systems down at 5:30 pm during dinner rush, they don’t let anyone use their points or cash, and don’t offer complimentary fries or any of the other crap they have sitting there to make up for wasting everyone’s time.

McDonald's, slow service, food is usually not fresh.
Fries from here are the worst, always old fries that have been sat around for hours, taste like rubber.
Wouldn't recommend.

very rude staff. customer service very poor. Ordered in the app and husband drove 20 mins to pick up the order with forwarded receipt in the email and screenshot of the order from the app but staff refused to give the order as they need to see the actual phone where the order has made.
