To my SURPRISE WHEN I GET HOME THERE ARE KNOW FRIES, Merry Christmas KFC Okotoks, you can now sell thought fries to another customer, so check your orders as I dont live there , so can't go back and get them, maybe take this money you screwed me out of and try to do better for your customers. Just a thought. I would like to mention i was the only customer at the time in store so maybe getting an order right is harder than I think.

I opened the lid of the bucket of chicken, and asked if it looked like chicken strips to her. She cursed me out in front of about a dozen other customers. 3 left in disgust and the others were waiting for their orders. I eventually got my chicken strips, got back home again, they were so undercooked we didn’t feel safe eating them. Waste of $95 for a large family meal and a couple hours of my family’s time.
