    moldy buns, pink chicken, undercooked fries. borderline a health and safety hazard at the okotoks location, probably won’t be visiting again until something gets figured out. service was fine though

    Went through the drive thru and asked if they had one of the new blizzards that I had seen online or if they only had mint Oreo they told me they do have it. Ordered my two blizzards and pulled ahead. One of them was very melted and the second one isnt what I asked for, neither were flipped. So I went in as to not hold up the drive thru and explained what I had asked about in the drive thru and they said they don't have it. I also showed them the melted one. The lady behind the til flipped it momentarily and everything started dripping. She then took the lid off and stirred it a few times, flopping melted slop all over it, puts the lid back on the mess and hands it back. I told her its worse than before and now its all over the cup. She smirks at me and says its what I ordered. I'll be filing a complaint with corporate.

    Went to Dairy Queen today they gave me a blizzard that was LIQUID and spilling everywhere. As soon as they handed it to me it was dripping onto me and all over my car, what ever happened to flipping the blizzard over to show how thick it was? This was a disaster; I am such a big fan of DQ in other towns but dang the Okotoks location is the worst quality and unfortunately service out of them all.
