  I’ve been visiting this Subway in Millet almost every week, and the service has been consistently excellent. The staff are always welcoming, with smiles on their faces, and the environment feels friendly and positive. Everything is fresh, and they clearly take great care with cleanliness. I really appreciate the attention to detail—especially when I order gluten-free for my daughter. They’re always careful and considerate, which means a lot. Before this location, I used to go to the one in Wetaskiwin, but I was often disappointed with the smaller meat portions and overall service. Here, everything feels just right, especially the generous veggie portions. This review isn’t based on just one visit—it reflects my experience over the past six months. From what I’ve seen and heard in the store, other customers also seem happy with the service. Even during busy rush periods, the service remains impressive. I’m usually served by a lady, and sometimes a gentleman, and both handle everything professionally, even when working alone. Their speed and efficiency during peak times are truly commendable. Keep up the great work—well done!

  The service here is very good. You can tell they care. The toppings are usually generous… the veggies at least. They do suffer from the Subway problem- the breads all are chewy and hard to eat. On this visit I ordered the piri-piri chicken with extra sauce. I didn’t feel like I got extra sauce. The chicken was very dry. The toasted bun was chewy and hard to eat. I had to tear out with my teeth. The cheese was hard to find in the sub… both on my sons and on mine. My son actually didn’t think he got cheese so we went looking. It was there… just not a lot of it. I also tried to redeem my free drink birthday coupon. My app didn’t say any purchase was required. They told me I had to order it with a sub. I had already placed our order online so couldn’t do that. I had to argue a bit but they gave us our free drink. Overall, the average Subway food. Great people. Fresh toppings.

  I was a huge supporter of Subway in our community (counted down the days and all). Unfortunately, they've done an excellent job of ruining their reputation. Their disregard for customer requests(allergy), refusing to clean their knife, unwelcoming environment/shady activity inside the establishment, inability to take accountability and the fact that it shows up on your bank account as "A Store" when you pay with debt has been enough for me. I will take the 10-15 min drive to neighbouring communities for Subway long before I EVER step foot in this establishment again. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!
