My food was fine, but his was an absolute disaster! He ordered a large Chicken Caesar Salad and ended up with a large bowl of lettuce! No ranch, no croutons, no chicken. And the wings he ordered weren't even there even though they were included with his bill. My friend called them once he realized what happened and went back, very frustrated and rightly so. Once he got back to the hotel again he opened his bag and once again discovered heartache. In the bag was a container of ranch, no chicken and no croutons still. The wings were there, but were old and cold, not freshly made, and absolutely smothered in sauce to the point where he was wiping the wings on the side of his container to make them palletable. My friend works hard and deserved better. We won't be coming back again at any point in the future. Please, take the time and do things the way they are supposed to be done the first time. There was no reason to do this to my friend, he was very nice and respectful the whole time he was there. This was the exact opposite of customer service, if I could give zero stars that would be my choice.
