  Place is a joke......waited 10 mins for coffee when no one was inside ...for 2 coffees. They completely ignored front counter and just focused on cash. I wasn't the only person forgotten.

  The staff here always seem to be having fun at work, it's great to see! Fries are perfect every time.

  I was there to pick up an order. While picking up the order, I told one of the staff that the food is already cold. After that he became angry and start arguing with me. He told me mad. Is this the way how you treat the customer or any delivery person in hospitality industry. After some time there another guy came and he straight start talking shit about me. He was so aggressive. I asked for the manager. He said he is the manager at there and I asked his name. He told me his name is Joseph. That not how a manager talks to his customers. They need to figure out the problem. Hope the concern authorities will take a look on this case..
