  The food is always fresh and delicious. Their grilled chicken and veggie burgers are some of the best I’ve ever had—juicy, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. For vegetarians, their veggie burgers are cooked separately from the meat items. The staff are super friendly, and the restaurant is always clean and inviting. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Service is quick, and the team goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving a good burger! 🍔🙌

  First time ordering from them. Tried an online order. Online menu wasn't very user friendly. Finally put in an order and when we tapped track order the system said it was cancelled. Contacted delivery support and they informed us the order was cancelled by the store. Tried calling the store twice and no answer.

  Came in today for the bogo deal as we heard it was under new management. We waited over 20 minutes for our food, and we were disappointed after trying our burgers ! All of our patties were overcooked /dry, with our experience today I could not recommend this place unfortunately.

  First time getting take out here, sadly the last! We went in and ordered 4 classic burgers(they had a bogo on), and 2 large fries. It wasn't overly busy, but steady. We were told it would be 15minutes, we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food. The burger patties on all 4 burgers were extremely overcooked and dry, hubby did wonder why the cook was leaving these thin patties on the cook top that long! The fries were okay. Save your money and go to fat burger, five guys, or Streats, we have always had consistently delicious,juicy burgers.

  I am gluten friendly so ordering a lettuce wrap is my go to. Unfortunately putting 2 pieces of romaine on each side of the grilled chicken blt I ordered made the lettuce soggy. If this burger was wrapped and not put in a container I still would have been able to pick it up and eat it but I had to use utensils instead. Not a big deal to some but a lettuce wrap should wrap the burger and not just be placed on it, then put in something to be able to eat like my friends who had burgers in buns. My grilled chicken blt was good, would have liked another piece of sliced tomato as only half the chicken had a slice on it & I would have preferred it to not have it coated in pepper so black you barely saw the color of the chicken, man it was hot, I won't be ordering that again for that reason. My friends had burgers and chili fries and were happy with their meals. The staff was very friendly and I was offered a free milkshake so overall my experience was okay.
