Most registers are closed and the kiosks are always closed it seems . Also they will make you stand at the front for like 7 minutes before taking your order. Additionally some of the drinks always seem to be like broken or very watered down and weak in the fountain drink system.

We arrived at 6pm this evening, and there was 2 customers ahead of us (both Uber/skip drivers) waiting for their orders. We ordered our food -crunchwrap supreme, and chicken Cantonese burrito. We waited 25 minutes for our food, absurd for a "fast food chain". (We dine at Browns Social, Earl's and other restaurants in the city that bring us our food faster). There was 3 staff members working, and 2 of the 3 were exceptionally slow and non motivated; 1 staff member in particular made it obvious he did not want to be there. The food was warm but just okay." Absolutely disappointing experience .
