I’ve ordered the same thing before and it was not like this. Service was great though. The staff immediately stop what he’s doing and entertained me when I approached him.

Perfect sandwiches, they dont forget the paid for extra cheese, and I like that they staple the bag. When you're not well enough to go get food or cook yourself, it's really nice to have a reliable restaurant to get something tasty and fresh.
