  Hit and miss at this place. Last time I was here had a very friend I believe English woman on the counter, very friendly, very helpful. Today I had some snarky eastern girl who literally stood there with her hands behind her back like a drill sergeant. I gave her my order, had to repeat it twice because she didnt get it, than she got huffy when I counted out my cash to pay, she did not ask me what kind of dipping sauce I wanted with my coupon so I asked about it and she huffed and puffed about that too........and this is why nobody wants to deal with these people.

  They gave me chicken that had obviously been sitting under a warmer for a really long time, well before I ever placed my order. Not appreciated!!!!!!!!!!! In addition, the chicken had that 'dirty frier' look and taste. Instead of being golden, it had an off-color tinge to it........ which I guess makes sense considering that I could literally see how dirty their friers were with my own eyes. When you go in, the friers are behind the counter to the left. I could see tons of stuff floating in the friers, some foam (shouldn't be foamy!), and again the color that indicated how old it was. They really need a health inspector to come check this place out. The owner should be ashamed. Salmonella anyone? It's only a matter of time.........

  I had a very disappointing experience with this KFC location. I placed a mobile app order for 3 chicken wings, fries, and corn and went to the restaurant to pick it up. I waited around 30 minutes, but my order was never given to me. During this time, I clearly saw at least 5–6 large orders placed after me being prepared and handed out, while my small order was completely ignored. Eventually, I noticed a “Cancel Order” option in the app, which instructed me to call customer support for a refund. I called immediately. The person who answered was very rude and dismissive. I explained the full situation and requested cancellation and a refund. He simply said “okay, I’ve done it” without giving any confirmation. However, even 10 minutes later, my app still showed the order as “cooking.” Then I received an email saying my order was ready and completed, even though: • I did not receive the food • I did not receive a refund I have proof of everything: app order details, order status screenshots, and email confirmation. This experience shows poor order management, lack of accountability, and unacceptable customer service. I expect better treatment, especially when ordering through the official app. Very disappointed.

  Well thought I would try kfc one more time, it's been 6 months since I've been there, last time it's was very bad, it made me sick. I was hopping it would be good but boy was I wrong . Couldnt even eat it ,bad burnt nut tast, oil filled chicken that was not cooked right at all ,it was cooked but not made right at all , no care towards the chicken, even my big crunch tasted so bad Couldnt eat it. my chicken legs were fused together no care in making it just like a kid tried to make it with very old oil. If I put all the 4 pieces of chicken together the size of the chicken is about the size of one pice from Popeyes. Can't believe how kfc has gone down so bad there should be a law on how thease restaurants are being run and letting kfc sell this food . worst chicken I have ever had and I loved kfc But the good old kfc is gone , I will never eat at kfc again because there all being run the same way. all selling food a dog won't eat. Ps my cats wouldn't even eat it I should of took a video of my cat over the chicken and tring to cover it up like it was his poop . Can't afford to get sick eating this crap.
