5 guys Medicine Hat gets it wrong again! This place has gone downhill bigtime. I went in Sunday for a pretty simple order. Classic bacon cheese burger all the way, a little cheese burger with fried onions, pickles, mustard, ketchup. And a large fry! Pretty simple order? You got the fries right, I Recieved 2 Burgers you just did whatever you wanted to them. You need to do better than 30% of your job if you want tips, or repeat customers. I'm not the only one complaining about this.

Very disappointing experience last couple of times not only did they mess up my topping order the first time, but when I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger I received two small patties now going in a second time I’m told it only comes with one, so idk if there was a mistake the first time, wouldn’t be surprised, but after tipping the first time just to get my order messed up is frustrating, so probably just won’t be going here anymore unfortunately bc this keeps happening & the atmosphere is just off. I do not care what race or gender you are, but if you’re behind the counter speaking an entirely different language the whole time while you cook & mess up orders idk what needs to be prioritized. Sad as this used to be a chill location with good food, what happened?

Didn’t like the service. They don’t use real cheese or anything that resembles real cheese. Burger was undercooked.
What is the Five Guys story/How did you guys get your name?
Five Guys began its pursuit to redefine the global burger landscape in 1986 when Jerry and Janie Murrell asked three of their sons whether they wanted to start a business or go to college. Now, three decades after our first location opened in Arlington, Va., Five Guys – a fast-casual restaurant chain named for the Murrells' five sons – serves a classic take on hamburgers, fries and milkshakes in more than 1,700 locations across 24 countries.

Does Five Guys offer delivery?
Most North American locations offer delivery. The best way to find out if the location nearest to you offers delivery is to visit our website or download the app.
Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.
While our crew members do all they can to avoid it, there is always a risk of cross-contamination. Please review our nutritional, ingredient and allergen chart for the most accurate information.
Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
Why is Five Guys switching from a fry cup to a fry bag?
We are switching to fry bags to ensure your fries stay fresher and as part of our larger commitment to the environment. The bags allow air to circulate better, so fries stay fresh during delivery and takeout. Same portions, same great fries – just smarter packaging that’s also better for the environment.
