  DISGUSTING Unfortunately my husband ordered a couple frozen cupcakes tonight after (waiting behind a ton of people in line on valentines day of course) and 1 had a hair throughout the inside he didnt notice until he got home.. we called the restaurant and let them know and the lady who answered the phone did not seem to care what so ever or even offer a replacement. Seriously is this how business is done now a days? Probably only get an automated response from this review

  This was an amazing place to conduct business! Had a special request for a cake and needed it relatively quickly, got to talk directly to the owner (which doesn’t happen now a days) and allowed me to fully customize the cake how I needed it! Got it to me within the same day and even gave me a deal! Could not say it more, this is by far the best dairy queen I’ve ever visited and will continue to get all my business! Also I have to say the atmosphere when you walk in just feels like “the good old days” and not a typical franchise place, hard to keep that atmosphere in today’s world! Great job DQ team & management!

  Always a great experience at this location! Have gotten a few birthday/holiday cakes made and they've been fantastic! Great customer service as well!

  Their worker Kaysia is such a great employee. Her speed and focus is spot on! Shes very kind and patient and just great at her job. They are lucky to have her. Food was great too.
