This isn’t a minor detail—cross-contamination is a serious issue, and labeling food this way creates a false sense of safety. Other similar chains like The Canadian Brewhouse have proven that proper procedures (like dedicated gluten-free fryers) are absolutely possible. So this feels less like a limitation and more like a lack of priority. If items aren’t truly safe, they shouldn’t be marketed in a way that suggests they are. At minimum, there needs to be clear and upfront communication about cross-contamination. Right now, this approach puts customers with Celiac disease in a position where they can’t trust what’s being advertised. If other similar chain companies can have dedicated fryers like The Canadian Brewhouse, why can’t you?
