Weather and road exhaustion dictated otherwise. So we booked a room and looked for a restaurant for dinner. We had the tacos (brisket and chicken) on a Tuesday night! Amazing! Is the only word for those delicious soft-shell delights. We are huge taco fans, and I can safely say, we agreed they were the best we had ever had. This is our new Taco Tuesday spot to seek out in Edmonton! Thanks for turning a long and tiring day into a very pleasant evening. The food and service were outstanding.

Our appetizers came in a reasonable time and were hot and delicious, however we were not given any cutlery and I had to use the spoon from my not even drinkable coffee for my kapow shrimp. The coffee was not removed from the bill even when we informed our server that it was not drinkable it was so bad, and I'm used to strong coffee. Then our main course came and it got worse. My husband had ordered nachos, when they arrived at the table they were cold to the point the cheese was resolidified. I ordered a brisket burger and fries. It was hard to tell if the fries weren't cooked or if they had sat so long after being prepared that they shriveled and went hard. The menu stated shaved brisket on top of an Angus burger, sounds wonderful right? Unfortunately I received two thick fatty chunks of brisket thrown on a burger. To be fair the burger on its own may have been acceptable. Unfortunately the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouths.
