  Went for a dinner date and was very impressed by the level of service. Brooklyn in particular was extremely thoughtful and attentive. Always smiling and easy to talk to. 11/10 will definitely be coming back.

  My visit to Montana’s in Lloydminster left a very negative impression. I’ve been to many locations of this chain in other provinces, so I had certain expectations, but unfortunately this restaurant did not meet them at all. First of all, the condition of the restrooms was very disappointing. They were dirty, the floor was wet and overall it looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. For a restaurant that attracts families and travelers, this is simply unacceptable. Another strange moment was the behavior of the waitress. Normally you expect politeness and professionalism from staff, but here the attention was actually too much. She kept coming to the table, interrupting conversations and asking if everything was okay every few minutes. It gave the impression that it was more about trying to secure a higher tip rather than making guests comfortable. The atmosphere and interior also leave a lot to be desired. I’ve visited Montana’s locations in other provinces of Canada where the interiors are much nicer, cleaner, and better maintained. The service there also feels more professional and natural. Compared to those places, the Lloydminster location feels outdated and poorly organized. Overall, this experience was disappointing. I hope management pays attention to cleanliness, service, and the general condition of the restaurant, because right now this location falls far behind other Montana’s restaurants I’ve visited in different provinces.

  Great experience at Montana’s. The staff were very helpful with gluten-free options and made sure everything was safe and clearly explained. The service was friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal enjoyable. Food was great and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for good food and great service

  Usually come by Montana’s after work once in a while and it doesent disappoint. I previously got the smokestack and the pittmasters combo and that was so good that I came back again for the brisket smash. That brisket tears apart faster than every single BBQ place in Texas and Lloyd combined. Other than being beautiful, our waitress Mary’s service was very nice and very respectful. She made sure we got everything we needed! Hopefully management needs to give her a raise. Overall would highly recommend this place.
