  My girlfriend had a horrible experience with a male staff member here. She went to pick up an online order and left scared, uncomfortable, and in tears. The male staff member told her she had to pay and when told that the order was already paid for through the app he told her she had to pay again and then proceeded to interrogate her regarding the order, after confirming the order name he began forcing her to verbally tell him the contents of the order, insisting they "make her speak", and scolding another employee who tried to hand her the food before she met all of his demands. It was clear this was not about confirming the order was hers, as she tried to show the order on her phone, it was some strange abuse of power over a girl that was alone with him in the empty restaurant. We have had great experiences here with all other employees except this one, but now my girlfriend is terrified of returning here.

  Mohammed and Vaidik created such a welcoming and friendly environment that was customer oriented amd professional. I had an issue with an online order which they were quickly able to refund and rectify, in the past I had experienced much more stress with refund situations involving their app, however they were able to refund me without any issue. The food we ordered was delicious and they even had fresh baked cookies. They were genuinely friendly and caring that it was my son's birthday and made our whole family feel valued for our patronage. I would highly recommend this location of Subway over many others that I've been to. These two gentlemen seemed authentically invested in creating a customer experience that makes people want to return. Five stars!
