- JJjhb6 days ago1.0went in st 845am. there was fresh bread. got a 12inch cold cut. he grabbed a piece of bread from the oven over, it was clearly yesterdays bread. gross and stale. was mad I didn't leave a tip
- RMRay McWenMar 29, 20265.0The guy who recently shared a review under Sam's name—I was behind him while making the sub. He wanted to eat the entire restaurant; he was asking the server for extra vegetables again and again. Even I was wondering how he was going to eat that much. Eventually, when he realized his mistake, he started arguing and then gaslighting the staff. I was behind him, and the staff was very polite in tackling the situation, but he was shouting. Probably trying to becone a heroine infront of his wife. 😅

This extremely rude guy made our sandwiches and made it so terrible that he couldn’t even close the sandwich, filled it to the brim, literally forcing me to eat with a spoon! That’s how messy this sandwich was. When expected accountability, this guy began frantically calling someone up higher and began making excuses that’s how sandwiches are made!! I asked for a refund or remake and after wasting 20 minutes, he finally agreed for a remake, visibly throwing veggies onto the sandwich and mumbling trash as if we’re asking for something free!! Sending a complaint to the corporate right away and Never ever returning to this trash location!! If you value your money, avoid this location!!
