  This location is so disorganized, i sat for 20mins waiting for my order while they served the drive through, when i got my food hash browns were hot, but sandwiches were cold. Avoid this location

  I’m really disappointed with my recent order from McDonald’s. I specifically ordered 2 baked muffins, but instead I received pies. This is a basic mistake that shouldn’t happen, especially when customers are paying for specific items. What made it worse is that no effort was made to double-check with customer if they don’t have it.It’s frustrating that the order is completely wrong. I paid 5.58 for muffins and i got 2 pies of 2.50  totally disgusting. And when i call the store they didn’t respond well even they didn’t apologize for it. And ig they don’t have muffins they should put it on outage. Please train staff to pay more attention to orders. This kind of careless service really affects the overall experience.

  This is a disappointment for a McDonald's. They are rather slow in preparing food and not very responsive to customers not using the self serve kiosks. Drive thru is a bit better but still substandard and slow. My orders have seemed properly prepared when I've been here so, though it feels generous, I give 2-stars rather than only one. 2.9 stars for this location seems unnaturally high. Cleanliness in customer areas is usually okay but inconsistent. This McDonald's is understaffed. I don't blame the individual staff members as it is tough to have a good attitude when your crew is too small and not properly supported. I'm not sure if this location is a particularly tough place to work as there are people who live nearby looking for jobs and other fast food locations in this city are more adequately staffed. When this location was new I had patience assuming that the team was just getting their bearings. After running for a few years the performance should be better; I suspect the franchisee and manager need to step up their game to not get in trouble from corporate. In short: unless you're in the area and want to sit in the restaurant I'd recommend other McDonald's locations in Lethbridge.
