  Ordering ahead via the app is useless. I waited 10 minutes for the order the app said was ready. Somehow, my food was cold, despite me waiting for them to make it. The parking lot is a dangerous hazard for vehicles, pedestrians, customers and employees. The employees are nice.

  It feels a little weird ranking a McDonald's five-stars but, by McDonald's standards, this is a good location. It is ridiculous that this location has the same average rating as a dirtier, slower, location with less friendly staff on this side of the city.

  Came in late around 9pm to grab a vanilla cone and two cookies and ended up waiting about 30 minutes just for the cookies (ordered them when there was no rush of orders). No one checked on our order during that time — they just took it off the waiting list and proceeded to ignore us completely. When we finally managed to get a girl’s attention to ask where our food was, the employee who helped us had a noticeable attitude on her and gave a very half-hearted apology. Our cookies were solid cold. The wait time didnt bother me, the customer service this girl had was terrible. Standing there for half an hour for two cookies while staff ignore you is ridiculous. Save your time and I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location at night due to the poor management and lack of customer service. You’re honestly better off saving your time and driving to a different McDonald’s across town.

  I am extremely disappointed with the disgusting service at McDonald’s. I waited over 20 minutes for my food, and no one even seemed to care. The staff were unorganized, slow, and completely ignored customers who were clearly frustrated. There was no apology, no explanation, and no sense of urgency. It felt like they didn’t value my time at all. This is unacceptable for a place that is supposed to be “fast food.” Absolutely terrible experience — I will not be coming back. The manager was Eshwin.
