First I was quoted about a 25-minute wait, which I was completely fine with. But after she went to check again, the wait suddenly jumped to 45 minutes. At that point it felt pretty clear they weren’t too interested in my business, so I thanked them and went to Popeyes instead. Disappointing experience for what should’ve been a simple order.
