  Mohammed and Vaidik created such a welcoming and friendly environment that was customer oriented amd professional. I had an issue with an online order which they were quickly able to refund and rectify, in the past I had experienced much more stress with refund situations involving their app, however they were able to refund me without any issue. The food we ordered was delicious and they even had fresh baked cookies. They were genuinely friendly and caring that it was my son's birthday and made our whole family feel valued for our patronage. I would highly recommend this location of Subway over many others that I've been to. These two gentlemen seemed authentically invested in creating a customer experience that makes people want to return. Five stars!

  I placed an online order and went to pick it up, but when I arrived the store gate was closed even though an employee was clearly working inside. She was a black african girl, i do not know her name. But she was very rude.I knocked on the gate at least five times. She saw me and ignored me. When she finally responded, she rudely told me to wait outside instead of opening the gate or explaining properly. The temperature was –15°C, and I was forced to stand outside in the freezing cold for over 15 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and shows complete lack of customer service skills. If you cannot treat paying customers with basic respect, you should not be working in customer service. I strongly warn customers: do NOT order from this location, especially in winter. Management clearly does not train staff or care about customers at all.

  This subway has been my favourite for awhile now- but recently I’m not sure what happened!! I go in, get greeted like normal, say my meats and bread and we get to the cheese- she starts putting on cheese I didn’t ask for so I had to correct her. (Keep in mind there was like one left so she had to replace it) No biggie- gets toasted and as it’s in there she starts touching everything else in the establishment. Doors, trays, outside stuff with the SAME pair of gloves she’s making my food with. My sandwich is done toasting, she CONTINUES to make my food with the same gloves, telling me they don’t have any spinach left… who doesn’t have spinach lol? She’s rushing me, she’s rude, checks me out and then leaves. Was about 2:20 Tuesday Dec16, Indian girl working with all black on. I was nothing but nice to her, but it’s just so gross you touch everything else and then my food aswell..
