    Subway by far is my favourite fast food place. This specific subway is close to where I live but I can not keep supporting. Everytime I go I feel as if I’m doing the workers a disservice for buying food from them. I go regularly and the workers seem like they could not care less about their jobs. They will roll their eyes, not say anything, and snark at you when you ask them to repeat themselves. Today I went in at 8:42pm and the girl working didn’t address me and all the food was packed up. Then I said are you guys closed? She said “mhm” and I said oh okay and left. I would completely understand if it was 5 or 10 minutes to close. But I can not understand 20 minutes early.

    Really kind staff, busy location so it can often be a long line, but as far as Subway's go it's a good one.

    I never leave reviews. After this has happened multiple times I have to speak on it. There have been multiple instances of the line stretching at this location not because it's particularly busy, but because they will only have one person working on actually making and fulfilling orders. Today, there was one employee who was in charge of taking orders, making the sandwiches, and taking payment, while another employee walked around and was wiping down windows and refilling the chip stand (which was not empty). I've worked in customer service--when it gets busy, you leave other, non-essential work, until you have some downtime, not in the middle of a rush. You step up and make sandwiches, or prep the meat and put them in the oven, while another person finishes veggies and sauces and takes payment. One poor employee was put in charge of everything while another employee (who is not new, or being trained, I know that they've worked there for a while) did non-essential tasks. It was so frustrating to watch, and completely unfair to the person who was busting their butt. Just my two cents.

    I have placed two online orders here and both times I arrived and they were not ready. I place an online order as I don’t have time to wait and yet they failed to have it ready. Very disappointed! Don’t come here.
