    Stopped in hoping to grab a quick meal and specifically asked if I could just get three ribs. I was told they didn’t have any ready. I said no problem — I was willing to wait. First I was quoted about a 25-minute wait, which I was completely fine with. But after she went to check again, the wait suddenly jumped to 45 minutes. At that point it felt pretty clear they weren’t too interested in my business, so I thanked them and went to Popeyes instead. Disappointing experience for what should’ve been a simple order.

    The quality of the wraps was terrible, and the way the manager was packing orders was unbelievable. Even when the store was busy, he handled food carelessly and without proper hygiene. I honestly can’t understand how someone like that is the manager. The other employees were polite, but the manager was the biggest problem in this whole location. KFC really needs to review this store’s management because this kind of behavior is unacceptable

    Ordered on line couple days ago. Got there in 15 minutes. Had to wait 10 minutes for our 2, 2 piece dinners and gravy. Got to truck and checked order, they forgot to put in gravy but didn't forget to charge me. Went back in and they had to recheck order and seen they made the mistake. Chicken was luke warm, popcorn chicken and fries were COLD.The only thing that made them warm was the gravy. How anyone can screw up on such a simple order is beyond me. Maybe try and make sure your food is hot and not sitting under your feeble lamps for an hour. Pathetic.

    Aside from forgetting my drink twice. I mean, you get what you'd expect from KFC. Have been ordering chicken for over 20 yrs. This location always has good service, a clean restaurant, and good crispy chicken.
