Never been here before, but had to try it once as my son-n-law loves it! I mentioned at the counter I have never been here before, kind of tried to wing an order as a newbie, so went with bacon/cheese burger with reg fries & choc shake, holy man 28 bucks? Won’t be back, for a quick lunch I personally can’t afford it lol. I ended up with a double patty? Must have been an up-sell that I missed? Warning reg fires is a lot of fries.

Used to like five guy's but lately I can't eat it anymore. The unclean body odor and lack of hygiene coming from the employee's just sticks with you leaving the food inedible.

Five Guys serves great food. But it takes more than a wheelchair sticker in the front window to be able to call your premises accessible. Disabled patrons in wheelchairs have to sit outside hoping some busy employee sees them and trots over to open the door. That's atrocious in 2025. It was also atrocious in 2024 and ever since they moved into Lethbridge. Have some decency and install an automatic door opener. Stop disrespecting people who want to be your customers, but feel second class because you're too dismissive of their needs to do the right thing. Until that day, Teen burgers will have to suffice. A&W gets it.

The food at Five Guys is excellent — the burgers are delicious, the place is clean, and I really like the peanuts detail. However, during my visit I noticed a serious issue with one employee’s personal hygiene. The body odor was very strong and made the dining experience uncomfortable. Management should really address this kind of issue, since cleanliness and good presentation from the staff are also an important part of the customer experience.
