Disabled patrons in wheelchairs have to sit outside hoping some busy employee sees them and trots over to open the door. That's atrocious in 2025. It was also atrocious in 2024 and ever since they moved into Lethbridge. Have some decency and install an automatic door opener. Stop disrespecting people who want to be your customers, but feel second class because you're too dismissive of their needs to do the right thing. Until that day, Teen burgers will have to suffice. A&W gets it.

However, during my visit I noticed a serious issue with one employee’s personal hygiene. The body odor was very strong and made the dining experience uncomfortable. Management should really address this kind of issue, since cleanliness and good presentation from the staff are also an important part of the customer experience.
