  Terrible service Untrained staff who don’t want to work here Food safety and health issues. Went around 740pm Teen long hair took order not a lot of talking , no smiling , no nothing, Ordered food Girl making food with gloves on, goes gets bathroom key, opens bathroom door and handle Goes back to making the cones and blizzards with same gloves. Got the food blizzards not labeled and they had no clue about 2 of the blizzards and allergies so avoided that headache. While eating staff yelling and screaming each other and some guy saying stop calling us kids to another staff member idk No leader ship No management Terrible dq experience and food. Dirty inside, messy areas, Tables dirty Rude staff Unprofessional staff. But the reviews it seems like this has been going on for months and the management to lazy to do anything about it. Guess can’t blame the kids and instead blame the adults training and teaching terrible food and health safety standards. Hopefully no one gets food poisoning or sickness from the cross contaminations. Disgusting

  This is the worst managed fast foodlocation in Lethbridge during dinner time you would think they would have managers on staff or at least confident people helping the younger people do their jobs instead, there’s a bunch of kids that aren’t being Guided or managed properly and have no idea what they’re doing. It’s not the kids’s fault. This is management on top of all of that. You have to actually ask for them to do your food. Well done otherwise you get soggy, french fries soggy onion rings. Maybe if you guys would actually hire a manager and pay them well you would get somebody to take care of business there

  Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon expecting the standard DQ experience. Haven't been to this location in years. Right from the start something was off. There seemed to be no adult around. I mean yeah teenagers can be responsible but this place was clearly lacking leadership and direction. Staff were wondering around with no sense of urgency, chatting up their friends. After waiting a while for my order that I could see being ready, I had to ask one of them if they could pack it and pass it to me. It was cold by then 😔. Got an ice cream after and it underwhelming.
