  I don't understand how it's so bland! It's awful, the chicken is just sad, the lettuce looked pathetic, they had to "check" if they had tomatoes on hand. I'd much rather go to Taco Del Mar or Bar Burrito at least they have flavour

  After a few months of not going back to Mucho Burrito, my husband and I decided to give it another try, even though the last time we went we had a very bad experience. We usually order either a Mucho or a small burrito; however, the portions for both are ridiculous. A few months ago, we ordered a Mucho burrito and I had to tell the person making it to add a little more of the toppings we requested because the amount she was putting in was extremely small. This was not the first time this had happened, and I had already had enough. Today, we decided to go back again and ordered a Mucho burrito with beef barbacoa, which costs an extra $1. This burrito was literally a “rice burrito.” It was pretty much full of rice, and the beef barbacoa was so minimal you could barely taste it. Come on, it was a MUCHO burrito. I had also asked for corn as a topping, which was not added at all. Every time I’ve been there, I’ve had to ask for a little more pico to be added because they consistently put in such a small amount. Honestly, the food tastes good, but for the price you pay, the portions are simply not enough. We left extremely disappointed, especially because we truly wanted to give it another try. Believe me, we have given them multiple opportunities, but today we walked out so frustrated that we looked at each other and said, “This is the last time we come here.” Honestly, you can add just a few more bucks and have a decent meal at a restaurant with much better portions.

  just had the worst experience in customer service probably ever. me and my friend, who both have issues with food as it is, were ordering some quesadillas, we asked for certain toppings on it (that were stated were free by their signage) upon asking, the lady obviously training a new employee said i was not allowed to get a topping on my quesadilla “because it doesn’t go”. i have been in this location previously, i get the same thing every time and have never been denied a topping “because it doesn’t go”. after me questioning why i wasn’t able to get the topping, they reluctantly gave it to me on the side, and charged me for it. both me and my friend left incredibly unhappy and will never be returning to this location. Quesadas is much better, with better pricing, and AMAZING customer service. don’t waste your time or money here!

  Had a good experience at this location! The burrito was yummy and fresh and the service was nice too!! They have quite a few options for vegetarians which is great.

  Worst staff I’ve ever seen at any Mucho Burrito. They don’t even know how to talk to customers. The guy working around 4:30 PM had a horrible attitude and zero basic manners. The service was rude, unprofessional, and completely ruined the experience. Definitely do NOT recommend this location.
