  Changed to 1 star because I followed the link in the reply and received a resolution that essentially said “ sucks to be you”. Downloaded the app just to get an “only in app” deal which was then not provided. Same deal was available in-store, but I’d already paid in the app. Stood there waiting for my order while more than dozen ppl were served. My name was never called. Had to ask someone what happened. Then they gave it to me by this time the burger was cold. No apology for the misunderstanding, more like I should have magically known my order was ready. Chaotic atmosphere. It’s in my neighborhood, but I won’t be back. Took the online survey too with no satisfaction on the problems I encountered with the app and the store.

  5 stars because of Olivia. Make Olivia the new manager or else everyone will riot. We all love Olivia. She makes the place feel lively.

  Terrible service Untrained staff who don’t want to work here Food safety and health issues. Went around 740pm Teen long hair took order not a lot of talking , no smiling , no nothing, Ordered food Girl making food with gloves on, goes gets bathroom key, opens bathroom door and handle Goes back to making the cones and blizzards with same gloves. Got the food blizzards not labeled and they had no clue about 2 of the blizzards and allergies so avoided that headache. While eating staff yelling and screaming each other and some guy saying stop calling us kids to another staff member idk No leader ship No management Terrible dq experience and food. Dirty inside, messy areas, Tables dirty Rude staff Unprofessional staff. But the reviews it seems like this has been going on for months and the management to lazy to do anything about it. Guess can’t blame the kids and instead blame the adults training and teaching terrible food and health safety standards. Hopefully no one gets food poisoning or sickness from the cross contaminations. Disgusting
