  Big signs stating order and pay at kiosk, I opted to pay at counter because I had a discount card. Love the excuse that you can’t use a discount card, when paying at the till.

  so now i get to use a kiosk instead of just telling you what i want on my sub great... lets make a button for every topping and sauce to ensure it takes longer to place your order than to just say hey i want these things and watch them make it. now they have to wait for people to enter the info all at once and with 4 kiosks it quickly meant that orders piled up and they couldn't produce at the speed of multiple subs coming in at once. this was at 7pm god help them at rush hour. I get it business is trying to cut down on labour costs by having a kiosk instead of someone ringing in the till but that person is making the sub so you aren't saving any money until you replace them with a robot which probably will happen eventually but not anytime soon. the best part of the kiosk was asking for a tip at the payment screen; at fast food places it drives me nuts but asking for a tip on a self serv kiosk is asinine; will not be back. unreal.

  We were forced to use the new kiosk instead of going to order our sandwich’s as we normally would. After ordering on the kiosks that we couldn’t even see due to the sun. We then had to wait at least 20 mins, once we got home to eat them they were wrong. Very disappointed. And to the lady who was wandering around and getting up in our faces as we were waiting and using the kiosks I was very annoyed

  horrible to who made my sub. No sauce, put so much Salt on it, I could not even eat the sub. I called to file a complaint and the lady, did not call me back like she said she would. No respect there those people, they dont know how to take orders. I will be going higher up to get my money back.

  Suman was amazing I love a loaded up sub with black olives and I kept asking for more and we both had a good laugh overall super happy with the help 😊
